1. Template production

2. Make a piece


The traditional approach is to make the shape of the mold before the specifications accurately accurately painted in the selected stone (slate), and were cut down. Note that the cut when the peripheral is best reserved for processing margin, about 1-2mm or so, for the rescue. But now most of the waterjet is cut, is not the production of the template, the size of the required size of the input waterjet numerical control equipment, through computer control directly on the board to cut the required parquet pattern components.


This step has a very important place, is to split the same parquet in the color of the various components, after all, the stone is a natural thing, with a large plate is also a color difference, and cut the parquet is different from the big board, is separated, The same parquet of the various parts of the color is not excessive space, so if there is color will be very obvious, although the material selection stage has been a color, but in this session or should pay attention to the color change for the best stone Is the texture, color, particles and other consistent board used in the same stone parquet.


3. adjust the fight group


Cut the cut part of the parquet ready to slowly ground to the connection line, so that the parts can be a perfect match. First with a small amount of adhesive positioning, and so the whole piece of parquet after the completion of one by one paste for the overall pattern.


Adhesive points: According to the connection of the various components into a number of groups, first from the center running together to fight, and then were running together glue, and then after the group and the group run together, and finally with the border running together. So that adhesion is not easy to error is not easy to walk, stone components are not easy to break, it can be said that efficient work, good quality.


4. Slot reinforcement


The overall pattern of paste after the fight, after all, can not really achieve a seamless connection, more or less there will be gaps, and there may be processing on the small flaws, so the need for stone parquet to repair and seam. Often the practice is to use epoxy resin, stone powder and pigment evenly mix and tune into the color of the stone to be tampered with tiles, and so tune to the color and stone similar, add a small amount of dry agent mixture, and quickly repair the filling to the gap , Must be filled and put in place so that adhesives penetrate into place, and other adhesive dry can scratch the surface colorants. Finally, the entire stone parquet on the back of the shop covered with fiber gauze, sprinkle with stone powder leaching resin, even smooth, so that gauze and stone bonding to strengthen the parquet surface.


5. polished and polished


First stick good stone parquet back leveling, and then flip up flat on the grinding table, polished smooth and seamless, and finally polished wax.
